How much do you charge?
I discuss my fee with you in reply to your initial enquiry. My fee is all inclusive with no hidden extras and covers the following:

Where do we meet?
Our first meeting is obligation free and is conducted in the privacy of my home which is relaxed and friendly.
Do I need to pay any money upfront?
Yes, you pay an initial “lodgement fee” as per the requirements of the Marriage Act 1961. This is non-refundable due to effort expended connected with the official lodgement of your Commonwealth document. It also secures your marriage date. Balance is payable anytime up to one week prior to your marriage by way of bank cheque, direct deposit or cash.
What information do you need?
You are required to bring your original Birth Certificates and if applicable, Passport/s, original Divorce/Death certificates to our interview. Photocopies are not acceptable. If any of your certificates are not available, you can apply to the Registrar of Births, Deaths & Marriages for an 'extract'.
Notice of Intended Marriage:
You are required by law to fill out a 'Notice of Intended Marriage' form which must be received by your marriage celebrant no later than one calendar month and one day prior to your marriage date. You can download it from the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, complete it exactly as instructed on the document and bring it with you to the interview, together with the above certificates. Names must be exactly as documented on your Birth Certificates.
Do we need a licence to marry in a public place?
Yes, you apply to the local council for a license to marry in a public place - for example a park or a beach.
Do you own a PA system?
Yes, I own a top of the range Mipro system with CD player for use if you are going to use CD's. My husband acts as my 'roadie' and does a wonderful job with the music.
